•When to implement process reforms, organizational design reforms and technology reforms to improve performance and how to measure this improvement.

•Establishing a feedback loop.

  •Research services when an organization wants to know more about an issue. Will source necessary data including peer reviewed materials. Will conduct surveys, as necessary.

•Analysis services of either the above referenced research or internal organizational analysis- examples include: how residents secure services; is our permitting program too slow and inefficient; what do other city codes say about an issue; how many employees do we need to manage a specific program; etc.

•Utilizing Comprehensive Decision-Making Model for problem solving utilizing a fusion of private sector consulting and military principles. Will follow multiple steps in a decision-making model, including Research and Analysis services discussed above, to assist clients with making informed decisions for resolving any problems or challenges they may have.
